Klug Family Repair LLC is an outstanding business. Jason fit me in late on a Friday after my vehicle suffered undercarriage damage from hitting debris on the highway. While I was there, I also requested an oil change. To my surprise, they only charged me for the oil change and not the additional repairs. very disappointed, i heard good things about this shop so figured i’d give them a shot at my transmission leak. i suspected an input shaft seal and told them but upon inspection, they said it was an axle shaft seal. well $800 and one axle shaft seal later my car still leaks and they confirmed my suspicion of the input shaft seal. they refuse to give me a refund or even credit towards the correct fix, claiming the axle shaft seal was definitely leaking and they will not separate transmissions unless they are replacing it. i f... read more
