I’ve been going to this gym for 3 years but honestly it’s been so down hill, you don’t even get a friendly greet coming inside anymore. The daycare is never open anymore. It’s not the same good vibes it use to be since Rebecca stopped working here.

Big thanks to Kenney, the manager at Klub Fitness Pasadena! He quickly resolved an issue I had, apologized for the mistake made by a former employee, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Truly a stand-out guy and great representation of the gym!

This Gym does not care about the safety or welfare of the children in the daycare. Every time I go back there the worker is on her phone and not paying attention. My child has hurt himself multiple times since he has been there to include falling in the toilet. Mind you my child is 1 years old!!! He should not be anywhere near the toilet or in the bathroom. We have told the manager multiple times about the workers in the day care and they always roll their eyes and never do anything about it.

This place is horrible about canceling they actually want you to come in and cancel which is ridiculous!!!! Many could move out the state or just working a lot so wont have time to do so! All other clubs have a online canceling option this club is living in the stone age need to catch up to technology and canceling options. Honestly the need to close down stop operating they really cant compete with gym clubs today that are way more nicer!
