I signed up at the Kris Lang Complex back in May, and even though it’s only been a few months, it already feels like home. This place offers so much more than just a gym — there's basketball, baseball, boxing, robotics, and even a chill zone. I love how committed they are to the community and to uplifting the younger generation. Best party place in Gaston County! Kris, Tray and his staff are so accommodating. We’ve had 5 parties and done everything from football, soccer to basketball. My son has also trained on the baseball side. Hands down one of our favorite places!
