Owner, Kris Lang grew up in Gastonia, NC. Top 20 All-American Players that played in McDonald's All-American game. North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year. Played and started all 4 years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Played 16 years Professionally in Europe and South America. ​ Dedicated to the fitness of all of the KLSports Complex Family, Kris is on mission to help you determine, create and accomplish all of your fitness goals. ​

Had a great nerf war birthday party for my son at KLSC. Great communication, easy set-up, amazing staff- a seamless party. Highly recommend.
This is the perfect place to have a birthday party for your child! This is our third time having one here. They do all the set up and clean up and you just show up! Julian did a fantastic job leading all the games for a bunch of 13 year old boys and girls. He set up basketball and dodgeball games.
We have an amazing experience.Were provided Christmas and Christmas dinner.Along with opportunities. For a future activities
I don’t think anyone understands how awesome this place is… just left on Christmas Day and Kris Lang (owner) is vacuuming the floors himself so his staff can be home for Christmas. He could have closed the gym but kept it open. This owner cares. I’ll be a member as long as it’s here. - Aaron Daniel
