We had a lock replaced by a different locksmith that failed on us unexpectedly. Barry came out at short notice in the evening and fixed it for us without any fuss. Furthermore, he communicated with the original locksmith for us. Barry is an honest and very decent guy. Would highly recommend.

Barry phoned, assessed the job over the phone by asking specific questions. Arrived 15 minutes later, with the correct replacement parts. Changed the lock, re-aligned the door and even sorted the back door for me. Job completed in less than an hour.

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. Fantastic is the word. I can't thank Barry enough for fixing our lock issue, not ripping us off, understanding our situation and not trying to take advantage of that. In this World, where everyone is trying to exploit others, you still have people like Barry who proves that Humanity is still alive. Thank you so much 🙏

Barry is a saint! Thank you so much for your help. After having issues with the front door left/caused by a previous locksmith, Barry came and rectified the problem, as well as helping fix another issue. I highly recommend him! Such a friendly, honest, hardworking and knowledgeable guy.
