We had a great experience using KLS. They charged a fair price and were very prompt getting out and completing the job. They also answered all of my questions. Great customer service! Would highly recommend!

These guys have been top notch amd professional from the start. I was having quite a few issues with my parish and they were able to give me everything I needed for a fair and honest price, all the while taking the time to explain everything to me! Commercial to residential these guys can fix you up.
I called the Monday before Thanksgiving to get someone to provide me with a survey of my residence. I was told they would try to get out Tue or Wed, but it would probably be the following - no problem. I also choose to pay 1/2 the fee up front (excellent reviews). No show that week or the following so I call again on and was told they could come out on Thurs (12/2) - no show. Called on Friday was told they could make it later in the afternoon. Thank you KLS! I contacted several surveyors, and KLS was the first to respond. Within a week they completed my flood certificate. I was able to submit the certificate to my insurance company to lower my flood premium.
