These guys have been top notch amd professional from the start. I was having quite a few issues with my parish and they were able to give me everything I needed for a fair and honest price, all the while taking the time to explain everything to me! Commercial to residential these guys can fix you up.
Thank you KLS! I contacted several surveyors, and KLS was the first to respond. Within a week they completed my flood certificate. I was able to submit the certificate to my insurance company to lower my flood premium.
I called the Monday before Thanksgiving to get someone to provide me with a survey of my residence. I was told they would try to get out Tue or Wed, but it would probably be the following - no problem. I also choose to pay 1/2 the fee up front (excellent reviews). No show that week or the following so I call again on and was told they could come out on Thurs (12/2) - no show. Called on Friday was told they could make it later in the afternoon.
