Worked on my daughters car, vehicle was total loss but Kurt did what he said and kept me updated entire time. The insurance company progressive on other hand. We will just say, not happy with them at all but KLS was awesome

After 2 comprehensive claims a year before, due to vandalism, I was cancelled by my previous Insurance, even though I was not in an accident or at fault. ☹️ A year later, I found myself in the flood of the century!! With the car dead, and water in the cabin, I filed another comprehensive claim!! Arrrggh! I was VERY fortunate and knew a great mechanic and the repairs were made, along with a lot of elbow, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning!! Thank God! My car survived!! 1000s did not.
