We struggled finding a contractor that would also help us design the space and provide visuals to help us make decisions. *** and his team were awesome at listening to our vision and then taking that vision and providing us design pictures that helped us make decisions. The team was easy to work with and ensured we were happy. The timing and planning was great as well. My wife and I hired KLR Construction to build an addition to our house and I could not be more pleased with the workmanship, timing, and cost. The workmanship was first class. *** thought of every little detail before I did, and one small mistake made was reworked immediately even though the cost of the rework cut into Kens profits. DO NOT HIRE! WORST MISTAKE EVER! My shower functioned for a few months and leaked EVERYWHERE!! When I contacted the insurance company he waited till his year warranty was almost up and fixed it and left. It is still leaking.!!! Talked like it was my fault!!!! I have plenty of videos time dated as proof, couldnt communicate with the workers as my house smelled like marijuana, and I am not a user. He avoided my calls because he knows its a *** job. I've had 2 projects from KLR.On a scale 0f 1 to 10 as 10 being the best rating,I give both the Bathroom remodel and new roof,gutters and down spouts both rating of 10.I plan on using them in the near future.Very satisified.Bill

KLR Construction built a 2 car bricked garage with dormers for me and I have no complaints about the construction and communication with KLR. KLR was up front about the costs and returned my calls promptly. Part of the construction tool longer than expected but that was not the fault of KLR Construction. The only thing I would point out is that his crew could be a little bit better at cleaning up at the end of the day. I have no problem recommending *** and his crew. They did a good job for me.
