Absolutely love my Kloudsac - amazingly comfortable! Fantastic service from the company - highly recommended!
I know other people love their KloudSacs but ours was an expensive mistake. We got the XL and probably should have gone for a smaller one because it's just too big and heavy to be practical. We move it in front of the TV for video gaming but the size and weight make this a big effort. And everytime you sit in it, it needs to be 'reset', as we use it as a chair and continuing to sit on the same side will gradually get you closer to the floor. Even the 'resetting' is hard work. We got our KloudSac last month and we're very happy with it, my son absolutely loves it 🤩 we are getting some extra top up for it It's definitely high quality product Also, we have the calming blankets and they're amazing, too 🤩
Cannot fault the customer service support. We had an issue with the product. Their response was so quick, thorough and friendly. We love our Kloud Sac! We basically never sit on the couch anymore.
5 star quality, comfort and customer service! When I forgot to add my discount code, I called Kloudsac and Victor was just so lovely and honoured my discount no questions asked. I bought the Mondo kloud in burnt orange the material is exquisite and well made. Lying or sitting in my Kloudsac feels like I’m being given a big hug, supportive and comfortable . I’m so glad I made the decision to go with this company - I highly rate and would recommend! Love this product !!!
