Cannot fault the customer service support. We had an issue with the product. Their response was so quick, thorough and friendly. We love our Kloud Sac! We basically never sit on the couch anymore.
5 star quality, comfort and customer service! When I forgot to add my discount code, I called Kloudsac and Victor was just so lovely and honoured my discount no questions asked. I bought the Mondo kloud in burnt orange the material is exquisite and well made. Lying or sitting in my Kloudsac feels like I’m being given a big hug, supportive and comfortable . I’m so glad I made the decision to go with this company - I highly rate and would recommend! Love this product !!!
I recommend this company KLOUD SAC highly. I was so impressed with their customer service. The Urban Sac that I purchased came securely packaged and my delivery was prompt. The cover materials made to fit the SACS are of very high quality and will last a lifetime if washed and laundered as per care instructions. Any queries you may have are followed up very promptly by this company. If you are pondering as to whether to buy one, I say do it, I promise you won't regret it.

KloudSac wraps around your body and is super comfy to sit and sleep on. My advise is to go big and get the Grande - you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
