Very unimpressed, took my kids on a Saturday, had socks from another place that are identical to theirs and was told they must be kloud 9 socks. I wasn't aware the play is 'session' based so I payed for less than 40 mins playtime, at no point was this explained, the staff weren't creating any games for the kids, overall a very dissapointing experience

We had a birthday party nothing was ready when we got there. Only one poor buggar on the floor serving cleaning etc. The floor was moped with alot of acess water that 3 kids slipped over in. Slushie machine we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready, kids dont want to wait that long. For a kid friendly place they need to oragnise this better.Honestly this joint I wouldn't recommend for parties at all. Went to hang out with friends, we were slightly crazy but it was as always super fun. Can’t wait to go back.
