We travelled 50 minutes from Maitland to Klosters on Sunday with the genuine intention of test driving and purchasing a new Jaecoo J5. At no point prior to arriving were we aware that a sales event was taking place. From start to finish, the entire experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. There were numerous sales agents standing around, more focused on eating a sausage sizzle or passing around cans of soft drink than assisting customers.
