Boiler Service They answered their phone, they got back to me when asked. They more than halved my yearly service on my Viessmann boiler. When asked when they could attend, it was convenient to our household. The engineer was courteous, professional and knew his job. He went out of his way to tell us information we needed. You need to start replying to customers instead of ignoring their calls & messages We were left abandoned by them.. Not impressed!
Used Kloska for the first time to service my boiler and dealing with Stephen was an absolute pleasure and a very personable fella who turned up on time as promised and goes out of his explain things. I found him to be very candid and will definitely be using them again. Great job and thanks again.
