Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE experience. I would NEVER trust this company with another closing. A serious issue involving our proceeds arose at the last minute, despite the relevant documents having already been provided. Instead of taking responsibility and working professionally toward a resolution, Ann Megan’s treatment of me was appalling. I was effectively told that it “wasn’t her problem,” despite her company handling the transaction and the disputed disbursement. We had a great experience with Scott Klosinski and his team. We signed with him to close on our home that we sold and the home that we purchased. Although outside factors from the sellers end threw a wrench in the day, they still remained professional and had consistent communication throughout the process.
Matt Padgett did an excellent job on our closing. He was thorough, responsive, and great to work with. The process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
