After living here over a year I have to say I was disappointed to get the info we were having an increase in "space rent" because most other Parks were that price. I have been around to other parks and find them with newer facilities, cleaner, more amenities, more activities, and kept up better in the older parts of the parks. We have put a lot of time, work and \$ into our lot to make it up to our standards and wish others felt encouraged to do so also. We think there needs to be a better screening process for people moving... read more
