My experience was flawless. Customer service was great, received the travel guitar in a week, packaged and received in good order, and had it assembled in 5 minutes. I own other travel guitars but it's clear that the KLOS will my go to when traveling. Sure, it's a smaller body/carbon fiber guitar so it doesn't have the full/warm mids and lows that a full body/wood guitar does but the neck feels great, the guitar projects nicely, and the tone is pretty solid. Firstly, I received my order, and the travel guitar is cute! and plays wonderfully and the tone is incredible. Very happy with purchase. Now to why not 5 stars, it was a very stressful waiting experience, as the website said 'in stock' but ended up taking over 2wks to complete and ship, and arrived just 2 days before my international flight. it was very stressful and I thought i would not have it in time.
Had a slipping head machine... KLOS sent me a new one for free! Great service!
