We went to KLOPATEK plumbing to purchase a 1 1/4 to 1” bushing and they refused to sell us one. Told us to drive to Minocqua or Hurley 30 mi. away. I saw one in there scrap pile but they would not sell it. The gal behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. Workers may be fine but she wouldn’t let us talk to them. Avoid this company unless you have no choice.
Scott and his son came to my rescue quickly when my water heater failed. I can’t thank them enough. It’s funny how a warm shower can make one’s day.
The owners are very rude people. Only care about themselves. Leave everything up to their employees to do and won't help them if they don't know or have questions. But if they do something wrong they get in big trouble. Talk down to employees and customers. Not willing to help out. Just very self absorbed people. And if you like the work that was done by them it's not them doing the work it's the people that work for them that they did not train.
Drake and Devin were extremely kind and professional while installing my new hot water heater. Great to work with-stellar service.
