Had a mixed experience with Klooz. They did the plumbing for our new home. The kitchen sink was plumbed incorrectly, leaked and ended up damaging the cabinet. The technician they sent to repair that was great and fixed it properly. We had them come back out to deal with an issue with the hot water heater. These guys did a horrible job, left the job with the hot water heater off and also left the water softener off which we were unaware of until our water turned brown and smelled bad.
