Impossible to get a simple prescription refilled because they refuse to communicate with any pharmacies. Very unhelpful to their clients.
Never answers phone calls and doesn’t check their voicemails. I have left 3 voicemails in one week asking for prescription refills and nothing. I’ve checked the pharmacy and nothing. So disappointing

I will share more in time, but something really twisted occurred in this clinic. I would be very careful and trust your instincts.
I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. This is the fifth time I’ve attempted to get a simple doctor’s report from Dr. Urness's assistant, and after almost three months of waiting, it still hasn't been completed. They keep claiming that their fax machine isn't working, yet I’ve received confirmation five times. I’m unsure what the issue is with the staff, but this level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
