Once they get your money not so friendly
Only things to say about these guys. During a long trip up north this summer our truck had two major mechanical issues while we were in the Whitehorse area. On both occasions they fit us in and got us back on the road quickly (and were kind enough to let us take our camper off in their back lot during the repairs). Many thanks to the whole service team; you really saved us!
Wish I read the reviews before buying from these absolute CROOKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a new 2025 Sierra that had NO sound! Now has intermittent sound. I have been to the dealership over a dozen times for the issue and the "fixes". None ever work. More lies, more promises. They told me from the beginning they could fix this or put me in a new truck. We were on a very long road trip camping through Canada to Alaska when our GMC died in Teslin YT. Got a two hour tow back to Whitehorse Klondike GMC for repair. I was at the service counter first thing at 7am and the tech mentioned to me that they were fully booked with appts and it may be 4p before they can get it in to diagnose problem.
