Horrible service. My grandmother has endured severe neglect on multiple occasions, incompetent staff refuse to change her bedding and bandages. I wouldn't send an animal to this place, let alone a relative that is sick.
My best friend was a patient at this place. I wouldn't send a dying dog there. She was bound to her bed and couldn't make it to restroom and she hit her call light for three hours and no one came. She had sores all over her bottom. We would video chat when meals would come and it wouldn't be even an half if plate of food. I had to take her food several times a week. The staff was very rude and made her cry on more than one occasion.
As soon as I walk in the urine smell throws me for a loop. I have visited many nursing homes and this smell is out of the ordinary. I hate visiting my friend.
