Horrible company
I work at the Transportation office. These folks work good in the office during off season but when its peak season they aren't very reliable.
I have my things in storage there for 10 years. My main concern was climate control, that is what I had. They decided to move my things to a different location not in the climate control. The biggest problem, they did not tell me. I find that very unprofessional.
We did a local move with Kloke group and they damaged some furniture. They sent an assessor out to quantify the damage and after providing substandard coverage they refuse to e-mail me back or call me back. This was a military move and I'm currently in the process of filing a claim against the company for failure to fulfil its legal obligations to provide compensation/full replacement value for damaged goods. Highly unprofessional and very unresponsive.
