Hired Kloke Group/Mayflower moving company in Richmond, VA to do move from Richmond, VA to NOVA. After our move, we received bill for $220 for "additional charges". BILLED EXTRA BECAUSE ESTIMATOR WAS OFF BY 775 POUNDS. ("FORGOT" TO INCLUDE PIECES OF FURNITURE IN HER ESTIMATE!! A LOT OF WEIGHT TO BE OFF BY WHEN GIVING ESTIMATE, OFF BY ALMOST 1000 POUNDS!)
