Their truck mud flaps are so deteriorated they throw rocks everywhere. Even with submitting proof to their company, corporate office, they still refused to pay. I was legally advised to take him to court, but I'm not petty. So instead, I'm just never gonna use them for anymore services.
Top notch service! The people at Kloepfer Inc. always treat us respectfully, and professionally. I cannot thank them enough for all that they do for our jobs.
Passed a road crew today. The people driving their equipment were outstanding. They demonythe highest levels of professionalism. Their truck driver could have easily pulled out in front of me. He was perfectly legal too. But instead he waited for me to by and get down the road before he completed his RH turn. I wish more drivers were as considerate of others as this driver is.
This picture is taken on my front porch. This house was built in June 2022, roughly 8 months ago by Juan Solares of Solar Homes and the concrete was done by Kloepfers. On the first complaint of flaking back in December (6 months after the concrete was poured), both Juan and Mike Landrum were notified that flaking was taken place.
