They will let you pull up at the staging area at 6:30... shipping office open at 7am My experience was good...no complain
One of the craziest places I've ever dealt with. I waited 6 hours for loading. They load incredibly slowly. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Be careful, value your time, and read reviews beforehand. I didn't read the reviews and ended up wasting a lot of time.
Slow loading. Lots of blah blah ,not enough bays for loading and receiving, no truck idling and it's hot
Walked in at 06:45am, was told to leave and come back at 07:00am, Office guy was rude and unprofessional, looks like they hate their job... Checked in at 07:00am, almost 12pm right now and still not loaded, avoid this place at all cost, They definitely don't respect drivers time.
