Owner/operators avoid this place at all costs if you can. One of the slowest shippers in the Houston area. No regard for time, they will load/unload their trucks first no matter how long you’ve been waiting, they do not allow you to idle your truck so you must sit in your truck baking in the heat, space is very limited with no structure to how trucks should line up. I pulled up at 0926 for my 0930 appointment. There were no trucks here, 2 other trucks pulled up a lil bit after me. I checked in with the guy in the bay along with another driver and was told, "It doesn't matter who was first." Now it's 1100 and the 2 drivers that showed up after me were brought into the bays to get unloaded. Smh, what's the point of an appointment time if I'm on time for my appointment, but you take drivers that show up after me? Make it make sense, please someone in management get back to me and do better... read more

Última vez q vengo acá, el primer viaje había monton de camiones y me demore como 3 horas este viaje soy el segundo y llevo 5 horas solamente esperando los papeles llevo 40 minutos xq los d la oficina se van a las 4 y lo entrega otro personal la verdad no vale la pena venir aquí, y ni detención time pagan , perdida total de tiempo y dinero, hay veo que respondieron los de la compañía volvi a venir aquí y ya llevo 8 horas esperando para cargar soy el primero d la mañana y todavía nada, esto la verdad no se como es q da negoci... read more
Horrible place to Pick up and deliver this company has zero regard for a owner op or drivers time. If you get a rate con from broker with the name Kloeckner Metals Almeda Houston TX. Call broker back and cancel the load immediately. Don't waste your time with these weirdos it's not worth the money you will sit all day I promise. Been here since 7am and it's 1300 and still not fully loaded. Flatbed is normally quick load and unload. not this place STAY AWAY. Owners let their company trucks take these BS loads.
