I arrived at the facility at 5:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised: I was met right away and offered assistance in removing my chains and backing the truck into the dock. By 6:15 AM, I was unloaded. Thank you for the excellent work. The most important thing is to keep smiling—no matter how tough our job gets.🫡
They dont even deserve one star, two guys that are unloading are two worst people you can work with, arrogant, with attitude and lazy. Whats the point of appointment if I am gonna wait for 2 hours. Good side is, lady at the office is nice and two gentlemen's that came to give me a hand were very polite!
Decent place to deliver, it is in a residential area. Difficult to back in if you aren’t good at backing. If you can turn around and back in would be a lot easier. The parking lot is big enough for a truck or 2 to park overnight. They started offloading at 06:00 I left at 06:30. The lady in the office was very very nice. But the guy in the back off loading seems to be on his period. He has a very nasty attitude.
