My experience was the worst possible after working as a driver for 6 years. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I had a pickup scheduled for 9:00 AM, but they only unloaded me the next day at 11:20 AM. I was treated like trash, like a criminal, by the lady in the office and the forklift crew. Nobody cared if I'd eaten, showered, or even used the restroom. Make sure your broker set a appointment, I arrived at 9am on a Tuesday and didn't get unloaded until 1:30 pm Wednesday, not their fault, I get it, but, beware drivers, have an appointment
Not bad place to load. Just the 2 hr window for appt time. And they will use that window. My biggest complaint is the driveway entrance for trucks having to drive up a curb. My bumper just cleared by 1/4” and if go slow spin tires. Should fill in like there car driveway.
