Unloaded there this morning. Everything went just like it should and just like you’d expect.
Delivery was quick for the first 3 trucks of the day. They open at 6 am.
Won’t answer the phones. Called 5 times, pressed 0 for an operator, and was hung up on 5 times. Never got to speak with anyone.
Pickup 30 minutes.
Came to pick up shipment that according to the broker was ready! Arrived at 9am and it’s 4 pm and I just got done being loaded. Still have to tarp which is another 30 mins. Never again
