If I could, I would give no stars for unloading steel here. Not sure how the middle bay is. But they surely have their trucks gone before everyone in the far door. I’ve been here a handful of times, but it’s getting old with all the sitting all morning after spending all night on side the street. TSH doesn’t have to ever send me to this place again.
This location needs Troy back bad! The 2 loaders in door 3 bay 5 are nice gentlemen. But are extremely slow when it comes to unloading steel. Troy used to get us out of there before the light from the sun came up. Now you lucky to get out before 8. Everyone is nice here though.
I arrived here at 8:30 AM. The broker scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM, but it turned out to be at 11:00 AM. They gave me the gate at 1:30 PM and finished loading at 3:00 PM. I was very disappointed with how this company handles loading — everything was slow and unorganized. They don’t seem to value drivers’ time. I do not recommend this place.
Unloaded there this morning. Everything went just like it should and just like you’d expect.
Delivery was quick for the first 3 trucks of the day. They open at 6 am.
