Slowest and careless customer service ever. They’re terrible. Slow as dang loading and unloading.
It's pretty incredible that it takes several hours to load or unload a few trucks in line in front of me. It should take 10 minutes, 20 minutes MAX per truck. We are talking about 1, 2, or 3 coils here. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG!!!! DO BETTER.
They work disgustingly slowly and unload out of turn.
7 mnts late and they dont unload you. Dont make loads for this company the workers hare to lacy..i shure take this load back and not deliver ..i dont recomend this company to truckers.. bad workers..realy lacy..
I was in and out. I wish all places were like this. I think they're strict about their PPE, so don't ruffle feathers and you'll be in and out like me.
