I spent 2 days trying to get a quote for a little over 39,000lbs of steel. Finally, I talked with a sales rep on 7/30 from the NC branch, and I have not heard back from anyone or received an email. This afternoon I been trying to call the NC location to check on the quote with no answer and I could not even leave a message.
Very hard to book a appointment they never answer phone
