I never received them. Seems like this is a scam
Since I broke my foot these inserts help keep me moving pain free.
They came apart in ONE WEEK, and they had them for over a month, just to return them with black tape where they were coming apart. Again, back to the doctor's office for another month and a half of waiting. I had them for one week, they had them for almost 3 months. And I can't get a refund. Horrible service, no regard for the patient. I will not be coming back.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Not because the product is bad but their customer service is atrocious! All I can say is they must have more business than they know what to do with because it's obvious they don't want any new business. Unbelievable!
I love my orthotics made by KLM Labs! They're extremely comfortable and eliminated my foot pain. The customer service is excellent, very responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
