After being told by many window replacement and repair companies (more than 20) that my Andersen window sashs and parts were no longer available, KLM in Lawrence KS found the needed sachs and parts. They installed the sachs and needed parts last week. It wasnt an easy job because the house has settled and the opening werent square.
