I bought a bike from KLM about a year ago. I’ve recently had a problem in which my chain kept slipping when I would peddle, making a very dangerous ride. After taking it to the Birmingham store twice, neither time were they able to solve the problem. I brought my bike to the Rochester store and Chris careful examined my bike and fixed the problem at no charge! Chris is the man! If you have a problem with your ride, don’t hesitate to go see him first.
Very helpful and friendly service. They had some great prices on nice Fat Boy fat tire bikes during their Xmas sales.
Last Saturday my brakes on my bike failed and I was almost hit by a car. I went directly to KLM and got immediate and exceptional service from Joe. He explained exactly what my bike needed and did not try to put pressure on me to buy things I did not need. Great Service on the spot! Thanks Joe!
KLM is great, my antique red schwinn has been reborn thanks to Andrew in sales who helped my get all my essentials, and Brian in the reconditioning, everything is perfect! Good attention to detail, knowledgable, and the test ride on the power assist bike was fun, but I love the work you did on 'my' old lady! Got it back quick and really shining. Thanks again to Andrew and Brian, great employees!
Andrew was/is the best! My husband and I came in totally clueless about which bike we wanted, and Andrew was so patient and helpful with our long process of choosing a bike. You all rock
