This place has nothing but honest nice people working here. They have helped me several times. They never charge more than they have to. Absolutely 💯 TOP SERVICE!!!
Poor cars. My mom bought a 2011 Ford Focus hatchback and it was great the first couple days but my mom had to sell it for parts and buy me one from Hardy Ford which is much better.
Worst service and vehicles ever. BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a lemon. I took the car home and it would not start after I turned it off to run back in the house to get something. I told them and I was told by the Spanish dude and the black lady that once it leaves the lot, it is no longer their responsibility. Poor customer service and bad morales. This is after they guaranteed it was in excellent condition.
I wouldn't recommend. Cars are trash. Never again
We met KLM last week and purchased a car. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a car. Everyone was curious and the owner is customer service friendly and authentic.
