Not sure why my last review got deleted, but make sure to tell them EXACTLY what you want. I showed them several pictures of me after my last haircut to show what I wanted, but apparently that wasn't enough. They cut it literally like 2 inches shorter than I wanted and it's super uneven/asymmetrical. It also took over an hour, they were running late, and it's just a weird style (very short in the front and longer moving back-complete opposite of what I wanted and never had a haircut that style before. Make sure to be clear about what you want...I showed a picture of myself after my last haircut but I guess that wasn't clear enough. It was cut WAY too short and in a very odd way (super short in front, longer in the back, opposite of what I wanted). Will probably take me around 2-3 months to grow it out to where I want it, and it is pretty uneven. Giving 2 stars because it may just have been a genuine mistake, but it was legitimately the worst haircut I've had in my adult life.
I highly recommend, Carl did a wonderful job and the shop is beautiful and clean…. Great service!

As a mom with a son who has so much resistance around haircuts. Carl is always patient and nice to my son. Also his advice is pretty helpful as well. 😊
