I appreciated the stylist’s pleasant personality and friendliness, but unfortunately, the overall experience at the salon was disappointing. The stylist appeared to be very disorganized and didn’t communicate effectively about scheduling or pricing. There was a significant wait time due to overbooking, and it felt rushed and chaotic.
