We were in an emergency situation as our car suddenly died and we were 4 hrs away from home . We searched in the area for help and thank goodness the Klippenstein team answered. They took their time, listened and had the car in to be looked at right away. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and fixed us up. We are home safe and sound. A tried and true facility. Friendly, obliging and timely. I have used their services for many years and NEVER had a complaint with staff or quality of work. The front staff make you feel cared for and willing to explain any question you might have. The front and garage areas are clean and orderly.

We came with our car in a tow truck expecting a simple repair. Our engine was blown at only 5 years old. These wonderful folks got us all set up with a brand new engine under warrantee. They were fabulous at making this happen for us. We were so relieved and I had serious doubts another mechanic would have done this for us. We will be back! 5 stars!
