So upset!!!! I made an appointment with Niki. Was suppose to be this morning at 10. The day I scheduled I let her know my hair was extremely grown out and I needed something ASAP. She made me wait 3 weeks. I told her that if she had anything sooner available then to be sure to let me know. She called me as I was walking out my door this morning to tell me that she couldn't do it. Wow!!!!! Who does that? Make me wait 3 weeks then do that! I'm very very upset!
