I've been a customer with Klinkner for over four years. I work for one of the hospitals in Dane county and have to order pagers and paging services for several physicians and I've always been pleased by Klinkner's service.
If they had negative stars, that would be the rating I would give them. I don't know what happened on this day, but the man who answered the phone when I called actually blew into the receiver as hard as he could and hung up on me.
