They took the time to explain what they were doing, get our input and demonstrate how out new AC/Heating/Thermostat worked. Wonderful service! Klinkey Heating And Cooling tuned my forced air heating system this week and did an exceptional job! The tech was very polite, respectful of my property, and took pride in his work as he should. Parts were cleaned, balanced, replaced where necessary, with a thorough explanation.
