Awesome store and staff was very helpful and courteous.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and 3 employees were talking at the checkout. 2 looked at me and kept talking amongst themselves. Another appeared from the back room , looked at me and kept walking. Walked the entire store twice and none of them asked me if I needed anything. Yes I found what I was looking for, but I had a few questions and because they didn’t feel the need to put this customer first, I left. Never had this problem at Rockler. PS.
