It was such a pleasure working with Erica Vandermeer! She helped us get an entire bedroom and seating area furnished and ordered in no time at all. She was also very instrumental in getting the pieces in and delivered quickly.
I recently purchased four rooms full of furniture from Klingmans with help from Michelle Brown. My experience was seamless from beginning to end. Michelle visited the job site where our home addition was being built and made suggestions on selections. Her choices were spot on with my tastes. She also drove 3 hours on the day of delivery and helped place the furniture. Could not be more appreciative and thrilled with our experience!
I wish there was a way to give Michelle Brown at Klingman's more than a 5 star review. Someone needs to bring on the 10 star option!
Pleasant, friendly sales associates; not push; very knowledge about the furniture; said what i was looking for and she immediately took me to what she had. 100% right as to what I was looking for and no need to further shop!!!
