Just had one of their trucks dive out in front of me after not stopping and nobody was behind me on cherry valley.
I live in Massachusetts. Unfortunately I haven’t found a “settle chair” in my area. I called stores in Grand Rapids because they are the leading residential chair suppliers in the US and found Klingman’s Furniture. Tyler was extremely helpful. She told me it was unlikely that they could deliver a chair to MA without extreme trucking costs. Never the less, she spoke with her supervisor and returned my phone call. Best furniture store ever! Quality furniture at excellent prices! I wish we had one where I live!
I recently ordered a Stickley cabinet through Klingman. According to the customer service rep at Stickley the cabinet was exactly the color as shown on their website. When the cabinet arrived the color was fairly different than the picture and did not match my other Stickley pieces at all. My saleswoman Alyssa and the manager Betty were just incredibly helpful and totally took care of the problem.
