Our breads use an exclusive and unique starter that takes up to 18 hours to ferment and 30 hours from start to finish. Bought a berry pie the best I ever had definitely will go back
Just don't.
I buy your croissants at the grocery store and they're usually heavenly, big, fluffy, and full of flavor. The last package I bought was smaller, more bready, and completely devoid of flavor. I had to sprinkle table salt on them so they tasted like something other than cooked flour. I know things are crazy right now which is why I'm not rating lower, but I'm taking a break from buying your breads for the time being.
