They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
