Super friendly staff! Quick and easy service including free delivery on MWF. I had a delivery get missed one time and they went out of their way on a Thursday to bring my medication even tho it wasn't a normal delivery day. I love Klings and wouldn't use any other pharmacy. Thank you guys!
Wonderful, friendly staff. Always helpful and always kind! Best little small town Pharmacy! They have wonderful and unique items also in their store -stop by to browse. Love the people who work here from pharmacist to cashiers.
You will get unmatched customer service here. For the same price as the big chain stores, I get kind,caring service which is important to me when it concerns my health and medications. A few months ago, I pulled up to the drive through at 6:58. The store closes at 7. They were still open but the lights were dimmed. A young girl was working at the drive up window, I asked her if I was too late to pick up my prescriptions. She said no, not at all and proceeded to help me. Each and every employee at the Downtown store are amazing!!! They are always on top of any changes and are willing to help out with anything. From the pharmacist to the cashiers, every step of the process is seamless. They are all extremely kind & respectful. They don't "cut corners" on anything! They also have amazing deals!
