I went here for the first time today. Very friendly fast service. Also, the chairs you guys have are awesome.
My fiancé called to get his prescriptions refilled. The woman that answered the phone, answered like she was incredibly inconvenienced by having to take the call. Asked to reorder his meds but he didn't have the script numbers handy, again, an inconvenienced sigh. After looking them up, she told him that he had no more refills and he asked if she could contact his physician. We were searching for the right kind of cough medicine so my 7 year old could get some relief. The pharmacist stepped down and helped me walk through her symptoms to locate the perfect medicine for her. He asked lots of questions to avoid allergy and give correct dosage. She finally got relief and is feeling so much better. Thank you for providing the customer service I needed. We will be visiting again!
