I would not trust this firm. No preparation for my case. Not very honest. I would find another firm with a better reputation.
Didn't review all materials provided to them, left off important part of company valuation which was highlighted in financial statements and cover letter to them(debt carried on balance sheet). Took a long time to complete simple valuation of a business and then left out key component. Added significant costs to total legal bill(thousands) due to their ommission. Sloppy work, not very thorough, charged for a thorough study, but just provided boiler plate valuation of business.
