Honesty, Quality, and Courtesy. I've taken two family cars into Klingemann Car Care since moving to the Austin area a year ago. After some repair work on my wife's car, our used car insurance company told Klingemann that they would not cover the entire price of the repairs, claiming that Klingemann was charging more than industry standard. Wouldn't even try to help! I stopped in this car care center to get my oil changed. When I walked in I was quite obviously dragging my sleepy children and just needed to get an oil change. The guy at the counter wouldn't even take a few seconds out of a phone conversation to talk with me. He asked what I needed and when I said just a oil change he said a minimum of a 2 hour wait and then offered...sorry, we just can't help you. Honesty is the policy I had never been to Klingemanns although they have been recommended by a two co-workers and a neighbor as a shop I could trust. As a single mother of three I have plenty on my plate besides having to worry about car repairs. I was told by another shop that my 2003 Camry needed $1000 worth of repairs to fix the check engine light. I brought my vehicle to Klingemanns for a second opinion.
