My wife and I are very happy with the service we received. Gary installed 7 new sashes for 7 windows that we originally thought we would have to fully replace. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed on time, without inconvenience to us. We feel we received honest answers and quality work. Klingelhut was a pleasure to work with.
We got gutters installed on our house from this company, requiring gutter aprons. I noticed water running behind the gutters during a storm so when it finished I looked above the gutter and no aprons were installed. I called the company a few times leaving messages, but never got a call back. After the fourth call someone finally answered. I explained the issue and asked they come out and install the gutter aprons. They said they would be happy to come out and fix it for a charge.
