Thoughtful providers and attentive staff with one of the kindest receptionists. I feel at ease going here.
Dr. Kling does not honor the time of his appointments. I had a noon appt and with no acknowledgement by him of his delays as he came in and out of exam rooms with 2 different patients who had gone in while I was waiting. At 1:00 I asked for a refund from Jaclyn (lovely and capable) at the front desk. I told him that amount of waiting time is inexcusable since with proper notice from his very capable staff, I could have rescheduled. He remarked, “ My attention is with the patient as it should be”. It was my worst experience with a dermatologist, he is just about money, and he rush you out of his office, too rude to be honest, I will never come back to his office, and I would never recommend anybody to go there.
Very knowledgeable doctor who treats you with high professionalism and courtesy. I can recommend Dr. Kling to anyone who seeks a reliable dermatologist. His secretary could be more customer oriented.
