Went to get a power of attorney for my wife who has vascular dementia who is unable to sign her name. They drew up paper work and sent a bill for $150 which I paid. A few weeks passed and we went over to sign the documents with wife to mark an X for her signature. Was told she needed to mark 9 times which she couldn’t do.
