I contacted them on Friday having septic issues it was a ASAP situation. Said he would be out in a few hours I explained we had no idea where the tank was. He showed up and found the tank and then left and said when it’s dig out call me back. We had septic in our bathtub and a family with no where else to go. It was a Friday night and 90 degrees out. He was little to no help. Then told me he was going to charge us for coming out and finding the septic.
Very prompt efficient service. Thank you for taking such good care of our septic needs . He even explained a lot of the processes to take care of our septic.
I can not thank Randy enough for helping us find our septic tank. After calling a septic company in Lapeer and no luck finding it we called Kline’s Septic Service. Randy was able to find the tank and worked his butt off and didn’t stop until the work was done. He left the area looking better than it did before he started.
Amazing service and a really nice guy! We had no idea where or tank was and even the sewage permit drawing wasn't much help. Randy helped us find it and even helped us uncover the lids and made a second trip back over the same day too pump. I'm really grateful as I'd have dug up half the yard, in all the wrong places trying to do it myself. Very affordable too!
Great service,fast and friendly! Didn't bat an eye explaining how to do a minor repair that needed to be done while I had the tank open. That essentially has saved me a ton of money. Great company!!
What a piece of work this guy is, my parents who are elderly and not in good health needed their tank cleaned out, and said he would dig the hole and when he got to their house he said it was too far down and he wasn't digging it. So my mom asked him to leave and she would find someone else, he then calls all the local guys and tells them not to do it that it's 5 feet under ground, when it's really only two and a half feet down, I know because I dug the hole.
